Question: I have a sore on my right leg just above my ankle.....It's been leaking clear liquid for a week

I was in a Steam Room in a Health Club and several hours later it was very itchy.
I could not stop the itching and scratched thru the skin

Basically you have developed a traumatic skin ulcer .
In the picture,the lesion surely looks slightly infected to me.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the ulcer still tends to persist or increase.
Take some oral anti inflammatory agent like ibuprofen or paracetamol along to bring down the associated inflammatory reaction.
