Brief Answer: Needs x rays and ncv Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX I am Dr Saumya Mittal I am going to try to help you with your query. That sounds like the start of degenerative disorder of the spine In simple words something like cervical spondylosis. Do you have any pain in the neck, an arm? any tingling/numbness? In a patient I was seeing, I would check out the nerves and the reflexes. Since I cannot do that, I would suggest an x ray of the cervical spine and NCV of both upper limbs. You will need regular neck exercises. I hope that helps answer your query. Please feel free to ask further queries. Best of luck Dr Saumya Mittal
