What Causes Sour Blisters On Thighs?

Question : On the right thigh between the legs region, I'm getting blister or sour kind. This happens very rarely, I used to see one or two containing pus. I felt very hard when hold them with hand.

The exact area is just below to the penis region between the legs. May i know the cause for this.

I think ,these blisters are very mild infection of hair follicles or collections of fat , as these are very commonly in these area. The area is very sensitive so when you hold them, you get erection , just as in masturbation. By the way, do you get feelings of arousal by males and females both?

1) I felt them hard when i hold those sours with hand, in a period of 20 days they grow in size 2 cms width and while bathing they ruptured and heal like a normal wound, and leaves a black spot over there. - Any creams to get rid of these marks?
2) I get feelings of arousal.
3) Is it due to the sperms these sours occur? If so I guess wearing an innerwear during night may prevent, after having sex with my wife.
