What Causes Sour, Onion Like Taste On My Nipples?

Question: My boyfriend tells me that my nipples have sour , onion like taste. I m a little baffled as what is causing it, any help would be appreciated

By oral medications you mean toothpaste ? and how come this can have an affect on my breast area?
