Question : I have had an intermittent pulse like spasm about 5 to 10 minutes apart just below my left rib cage. No pain is associated with it.
Brief Answer:
These are twitching muscles.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
These are twitching muscles, due to involuntary contraction of muscles.
This commonly happens due electrolyte imbalance or dehydration.
Rest, adequate water intake with electrolytes(electral powder) can help you.
This does not need treatment as such , nor is to be worried about.
Such symptoms can be sometimes be confused with palpitation, so check out your pulse. If that fines then there is nothing to be worried about.
Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
