hi he is4 in august no birth isues two weeks early weights 2 stone 10 pounds developed fine till 12 months with babling noises walked at 17 months had alot of tonsilitus had tonsils removed at christmas then tarted saying words prior to that only spoke about 8 words but now all words are said with d at begining hearing test carried out recently left ear perfect right ear has middle ear congestion at negative pressure dont no what that means

It may be the estachian tube dysfunction due to repeated infection like sinusitis or tonsillitis.
I suggest you to ask him make chewing movements like eating chewing gum.
Try like Forcibly pushing air out while closing both the nostrils(valsalva manueviour).
If problem persists see an ENT surgeon.
