What Causes Spicy Sensation And White Spots On Tongue After Oral Coitus?

Need an otorhinolaryngologist
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
It appears your clean boyfriend might not be that clean. WHite patches in the tongue with sensations different than normal with a history of oral coitus recently is a classic presentation of oral candidiasis most likely. Lichen planus can not be ruled out too. it could also be an oral pharyngitis secondary to the coitus which is very common. It usually is accompanied with sore throat like symptoms and dry cough sometimes and if severe enough voice changes may be. It needs antiinflammatory therapy with some soothing aspirin gargles and garlic water mouth rinses.
It is better to get evaluated for it. Get to an oral care facility and let them help you.All you need is a good oral hygienist, and an otorhinolaryngologist for the assessment of the situation. It is self resolving and simple hygiene for oral cavity with some medications would suffice.
I hope it helps.Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.

I got the phlegm, cough, sore throat days before having an oral sex. So I guess it is not related to the white patches. Is the diagnosis still the same? Thanks Doc.
No worries,
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me!
Now that you mentioned the sore throat history preceding the oral coitus, i am sure this oral encounter has exacerbated the sore throat pharyngitis symptoms and has involved upper respiratory tract which is causing cough and phlegm.Yes pretty much the management remains the same. Same oral hygiene measures, same aspirin gargles, same amoxil and same otorhinolaryngologic opinion.Rest assured STD odds are least likely. But getting evaluated has no harms to be on the safer road. Continue the symptomatic treatment and modify diet and lifestyle. Oral coitus may or may not have more than a little exacerbating role resulting in a little delay of the sore throat you have.No std is suspicious , nothing to worry. nothing to lose.
May the odds be ever in your favour.
