What Causes Spinning And Dizziness?

Question: spinning dizziness hit motor cortex of frontal lobe.
I've also been experiencing strange sensations like leaning to the left walking crooked and also when im standing straight I feel like my head is bending back and my stomach is out latest episode
I was @ radiologist and I felt my head spinning and I collapsed and started shaking badly. when I was at the hospital I felt like my head is bending back and my stomach is out
