Brief Answer:
Need to be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic .

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

First I need to confirm, colour of blood is it bright red or maroon coloured? Any history of cough/ fever/ vomiting/ evening rise of temperature?
Spitting blood definitely need to be evaluated,

Spitting blood shows bleeding in throat or airway system that is lungs.
If a patient comes to me with these symptoms first I would like to get detailed history and examination, to check for findings in chest. Then I would go for x-ray of chest and sputum study depending on my examination findings.

Burning micturation need to test with urine study to check for any infection or stones in urinary tract. Ultrasound abdomen need to be done .

Your symptoms are concerning. I feel you better get evaluated by your local doctor at the earliest.

Feel free to ask further related query. I will be glade to answer them.

Wish you a good health.

Regards
