What Causes Spitting Up Of Blood With Normal Blood Tests?

Question: I have been sick the past few weeks. I have been to the ER, primary care, ENT, Urgent care and no answers. I've had every blood test possible, urine sample, chest X-ray. No answers. What's concerning was yesterday... I woke up got in the shower to get ready for work, felt the need to spit and blood came up.. I'm not coughing, it's not my teeth or gums so I'm at a confused loss. I went to the ER they took blood tests, and a chest X-ray. No signs of lung infection.. I wanted an MRI but they refused. Went to the ENT after he said that the huge nodule on the side of my neck/jaw is a tendonitis.. And he also said there is no bleeding in the back of my throat that he can see (Yes I also have a nodule, no I don't think it's an infection because I've taken a shit ton of antibiotics) woke up today and I feel lightheaded, lethargic and blood came up one time but it was darker then yesterday. I have some abdominal pain but it's no unbearable.. The said something about TB but that the risk factors and me don't add up... Please someone put my mind at ease.. I've been crying having panic attacks every day because of this. I'm a 23 year old female who is not overweight, eats moderately healthy, and is scared shit less.

Thanks for the query

To put you at rest I would like to clear out the possibility of Tb. Tb is usually seen in immunodeficient individuals or the elderly, not very common in your age group. Even other wise you have not mentioned any history of significant loss of weight, cough or fever which further rules of Tb

There is bleeding and we will have to find out the source of the bleeding, for that I need to know a little more information

1. Please mention the symptoms you have been having in a little more detail, for example cough, cold, joint pains, lethargy, fever, etc
2. How much of blood was seen when you spat it out? Streaks, clots or huge amount?
3. Was the blood red ? Or was it brownish?
4. Have you noticed blood in you stools as well?
5. Any history of trauma to the face lately?
6. It could be helpful to me if you could attach all your reports so that I can have a look
