What Causes Splitting Of Skin And Red Bumps On Penis?

Oral and topical antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I have reviewed your history and picture.
It seems like you must have had some bacterial infection (Folliculitis) over the site, which seems like in healing phase right now.
I doesn't seems like any STD, still to be on safer side I would suggest you to undergo following investigations as part of routine protocol:
1. Serum VDRL test
2. Serum Human Immunodeficiency virus antibody test
3. HSV I and II Ig G and Ig M test
Meanwhile, I would suggest you 5 day course of oral antibiotic like cefadroxyl 500mg twice a day and local application of antibiotic like Mupirocin cream twice a day.
I am sure this will take care of your situation.
Thanks
