Question : i am having spots in my leg always from many years i had shown it to docter who had given me HALOX F and XCEPTIONAL Cream but i havent helped me still the same situation , plz see image attached of my leg , i scratch/itching it when dry and then blood spots comes and then permanent black spots , they are growing slowly all round in bottom of the leg from few years , please give good medicine or the way i should go with it asap my XXXXXXX no is 0091 0000

Thanks for the query and photographs.
It is looking like lichen planus a chronic itchy condition.
I treat such cases with a short course of oral steroid with tapering doses and topical steroid with anti histamines for a period of two months.
I have seen excellent response with this regimen.
