Question : Need to know if the spots are something to worry about? I played volleyball yesterday but it hasn't happened before when I played.

This is just small urticaria and I don't think you should be worried. It may be allergic reaction to some plants or insect bites or is caused by irritation due to sweating or clothes rubbing. you should apply antihistaminic cream such as Doxepin or Ivarest and that's it.
