Question : Hello

Last week i had spots on my groin and my doctor gave me anti fungal cream. Now i have more spots

Is it the same or it can be an std ?

I think these spots are folliculitis (bacterial skin infection) rather than fungal infection or an STDs. I suggest you to use a topical antibacterial e.g Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily.

Yes, certainly you should continue with the topical antibiotic. The folliculitis has formed pus point which may rupture. Let it discharge. Just continue with the antibiotic cream.
