Last week i had spots on my groin and my doctor gave me anti fungal cream. Now i have more spots
Is it the same or it can be an std ?

I think these spots are folliculitis (bacterial skin infection) rather than fungal infection or an STDs. I suggest you to use a topical antibacterial e.g Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily.
