What Causes Spots On The Head Of The Penis After Oral Sex?

Question: Hey Doc, I have these spots on my penile head since March 23, 2018, after my girlfriend gave me oral. I wash before oral and afterward; put on a latex condom but took it off because I was called to come home. Think you can give me a proper.diagnosis?

1. It was about several days after 2. No itchness. 3. No 4. Nope. They were just inflamed 5. First time using a latex condom. This is our first time having sex and I am not circumcised either. I think I develop dermatitis because she has never done oral before and we have perfect hygiene.
