What Causes Spots Under The Breast While Taking Birth Control Pills?

Question: i have endometriosis stage 4 and been on birth control pills continously for the past 3 yrs but prior to that I was on them monthly having period for 20 years. the past few months I have had major sinus drainage and yellow phylum I also have had a cough. For the past month tho I have had a spot right under my left breast that doesnt move. the spot when I sneeze or cough has a really sharp pain. sometimes the pain becomes more of a sore feeling when I lift my arms or I twist other times its not exsistant. I have also had severe heartburn with everything I eat.. I was wondering what this could be the pain yesterday was pretty sharp when I would move or breath in bit today its barely there it has been doing this for over a month.
