What Causes Spotting Along With Sore Breasts After Having Period?
Question: my period came 01/09 unprotected sex on 01/17 period then came 5 days early on 02/01 and was gone 02/05 then a few days after that very sore breast and saw blood only when I wiped on 02/16 now my period is 2 days late. I have a stage 3 prolapse and it now seems like a stage 2. I am wondering can I be pregnant

I don't see chance of pregnancy. It is possible to have delayed periods once in a while due to hormonal variations. This is normal.
Please wait for a week and you will get periods. If you don't get periods by one week please get urine pregnancy test done.
Prolapse has nothing to do with this.

You may have answered to someone else not me and I was mentioning the prolapse because in my past pregnancy it moved back up

Prolapse moves up from 3rd degree to 2 nd degree in first trimester. Later it even gets corrected.
But this correction of prolapse happens later in pregnancy as fetus grows and not so early by missing periods by few days.
Now you might have observed little correction of prolapse due to increase in muscle tone to some extent. But in no way this suggests pregnancy.
If you wish to confirm pregnancy accurately, please get serum beta hCG blood test done. This confirms pregnancy accurately.
