Brief Answer:
You need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
In my opinion in your case there are three possibility other then anaemia-
1) Pregnancy and hormonal changes
2) Infection
3) Fibroid
First you should go and consult a gynaecologist and get your examination and investigation ( pelvic ultrasonography, blood profile and pregnancy test)
done to rule out the cause.
Then please get back to me with reports.
I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
