Question: Hello, I'm 15 years post menopause and noticed I am spotting with a little burning down there. My back normally hurts, but now I'm feeling like I'm cramping.

Post menopausal spotting requires proper examination internally , investigations like pap smear and ultrasound as soon as possible to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Burning in vagina can be due to atrophy or senile changes or can be due to infection.
