Question : I have round scaly patches on my arm that seem to be spreading. What could this be?

Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

I saw carefully your picture.
It looks like a ring worm infection.
I would suggest to use a topical cream for 2 weeks like ketoconazole 2%, terbinafine 1% or econazole 1%. Apply twice/day with a thick layer.
