Question : I i'm having stabbing pains in the back of my left knee following blood pressure of 93/57 with a heart rate of 72...stabbing knee pain continues, no injury. Starting at 3:50 today I had pain under my left breast, my left foot went numb, a little dizzy, feeling flush, more pain when I had a deep breath but only once, throbbing pain in upper left arm, and a headache... then the stabbing pain in the knee started and it has not subsided yet it is now 5:12 pm. I have had chest pain's before I went into the ER and they told me it was a panic attack now I'm having chest pain's with the stabbing pains in the knee and the numbness in the foot and my left hand. I can't afford a lot so I need to know if I should be seeking medical care or I just need to calm down
Brief Answer:
No need for a medical visit at this time!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed your information fully. our symptoms are typical of anxiety/panic attacks. The diffused nature of your symptoms point to the fact that it is not caused by a single infectious process or pathology. It is more psychological than organic.
Do you currently take any drugs for anxiety or panic attacks? If yes, take some at this time. If not, talk to your treating doctor as these are controlled substances and cannot be issued online. My preferred drug is clonazepam with good success rates.
I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Thank you. I guess just more worried about it than I should be. I have friends that told me that panic attacks were what they were diagnosed with when they actually had heart problems and ended up havingstents put in. And since there's heart problems in my family like stroke... I worry more
Brief Answer:
Be calm and not easily influenced!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A few persons might go that route but most people wouldn’t before receiving a definitive diagnosis. I will recommend that you stay calm as further anxiety only worsens your symptoms rather. When it comes to heart disease, the nature of symptoms and surrounding circumstances will help make that distinction.
I hope this guides and helps. Keep me updated.
