What Causes Stabbing Pain And Burning Sensation Under The Right Rib?
Question: I have stabbing pain and burning under right rib, goes into back and sometimes I feel like I'm having a heart attack

Heart related pain would normally cause pain in center of the chest that is tight or heavy in nature. Associated with shortness of breath, palpitations.
Pain would occur with activity and resolve with rest
A heart attack would cause persistent tight/ heavy pain that would require you or push you to go to the hospital or your doctor
