Brief Answer: Uro-genital issues... Detailed Answer: Hi, Pain after ejaculation is a sign of genital infection (urethritis, prostatitis, etc). Further tests are necessary : - urine analysis - urine culture and sensitivity testing - spermatic/urethral fluid culture and sensitivity testing - abdominal ultrasound (with main focus for uro-genital tract). Depending on the test results, specific treatment will be prescribed. Until then, I advise not to have sex, drink more water, avoid coffee/energetic drinks. Hope it was of help!
