Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to Proctalgia Fugax

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXX,

Pain occurring spontaneously without any relation to bowel movements and no bleeding while passing stools suggest the possibility of Proctalgia Fugax. Its a painful rectal condition. It occurs due to spontaneous contraction of of pelvic muscle and muscles around the rectum. Stress may be one of the precipitating factor for such attacks.

I would suggest you the following which will definitely be helpful
1. Anal fissure has to be ruled out
2. Hot Seitz bath: To a tub of lukewarm water add a handful of common table salt. Sit in it for 15-20minutes each session thrice a day. It will be comforting and will relax the muscle.
3. Ensure good intake of water: 2-3 liter a day
4. High fiber diet

In case you need any further assistance , will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
