Brief Answer:
Radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have been experiencing severe right leg pain and foot pain. This sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your back and is called radiculopathy. You have been able to control that pain with medications until recently and now the pain is getting worse. You are wondering if Lyrica at a higher dose may help and the answer is possibly. You can try the higher dose of 50mg twice daily.

Epidural injections were also tried but not helpful. With the amount of pain and your symptoms you may also try acupuncture, chiropractic and physical therapy. If these modalities don't help then you may be forced to try surgery to relief the pinched nerve.

In summary
1. continue medication
2. Increase lyrica to 50mg twice daily
3. Physical therapy, chiropractor or acupuncture
4. Epidural and nerve block injections
5. Surgery

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
