                                    Brief Answer:
Could be radiating pain probably from back.
Detailed Answer:
Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have read the description of pain. With this description it does not appear to be local pain but seems like coming probably from Lumbar spine .I suggest you take Painkillers , muscle relaxant and complete rest for a day or two.
If possible let me know: Any pain in the back, any numbness in leg , any burning sensation, and if the pain increases on coughing. In case there is no improvement , you may have to visit ER.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any further question.
