Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your actual clinical symptomatology is unlikely to be related to any cardiac issues.

Instead a muscular-skeletal disorder should be sought as well.

Also a pleural inflammation should be ruled in/out by a careful physical examination and chest imagine studies.

Coming to this point any pain killer medication, such as ibuprofen, naproxen could be beneficial at relieving your pain.

Gastric anti-secretors drugs (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.) should be continued as well.

I recommend performing some imagine studies and lab tests as follows:

- chest X ray study,
- backbone X ray study,
- PCR,
- ESR, etc.

You need to discuss with your attending doctor on the above mentioned issues.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
