Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the food lodgement or sticking of food particles over the tongue is concerned, the possible cause can be because of the fissured tongue or grooves over the tongue or fungal infections like candidiasis. This cannot be treated by any means. But the only way is to maintain the tongue hygiene by following regular tongue brushing and you can also take topical antifungal agents like clotrimazole. Do saline gargling. If possible upload the images of the tongue, so that i can give exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
