Question: I am an 84 y/o woman, independent, good health,,what would make my stool sticky and extremely difficult to wipe clean...something i am eating?

No it is not something you are eating but---it indicates you need more fibre.
Increase your intake of cooked greens, salads, and sprouts especially at night and you will find your stools coming out clean and easily wipable too.
