What Causes Stiff Back Muscles And Spasms In Left Side?

Question: hi my back muscles are soo tight that its causing sevre spasms on my leftside and it feels like my chest is misaligned because whenever I rotate my left shulder it makes a big crackingsound u know any specialists that can fix me??

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of severe muscle spasm and to confirm that please tell me do you have difficulty in bending forward or looking backward?
Meanwhile you may have hot water fomentaton, Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant drug (prescription only) thiocolchicoside and avoid lifting weights. Physiotherapy also helps.

u know a specialist I can see that can find out whats wrong and can fix it ive tried chiropracters and message therapist they dont work
