Question : I am having stiff neck,dizzyness, ringing in ears and muscle weakness. I take pantoprazole 40mg,lisinopril 20mg and levothyroxine 112mcg Please help!

Hi dear.Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

Your history is suggestive of cervical spondylosis(compression of nerve roots in the neck). I would order X ray of C-spine and evaluate you further. It is also recommended to use a neck collar and muscle relaxant (chlorzoxazone). Your local doctor will know about X-ray, collar and the medicine. In the interim, local application of hot/cold bag 2-3/day will alleviate stiffness.
