Question : I am suffering from a stiff neck, shoulder and lower back pain, it started a little over a month ago, I have been on pain meds, and muscle relaxers, I now seem to be slightly off balance, a little forgetful, and have diareaha for the past three days, any ideas as to what might be the cause

Brief Answer:
Cervical spondylosis most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to cervical spondylosis. A physical examination by an orthopedician followed by X ray and MRI of cervical spine will be helpful to rule out the condition.

Diarrhoea you had can be most likely due to analgesics or muscle relaxants which might have given gastric irritation.

Physiotherapy like TENS and cervical traction , wearing soft cervical collars will be helpful. Muscle strengthening exercises also should be done regularly.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
