Brief Answer:
Get yourself clinically examined by an Orthopedician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms might be due to excessive workout.
Following investigations can be helpful to rule out other conditions:-
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
2. Rheumatoid Factor
3. Serum Uric Acid
4. Serum Calcium, Sodium, Potassium
5. Vitamin D3 levels
6. X-Ray Neck (AP / Lateral view)

Stiffness in neck followed by headache is suggestive of cervical spondylosis which can increase with workout.
You should avoid heavy workouts that increase your pain. Instead go for walk or jogging.

A pain killer like Diclofenac 50 mg with a muscle relaxant like Thiocolchicoside 4 mg will help in relieving your joint pains.
A proper clinical evaluation by an Orthopaedician will help in planning your further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

I had the above tests done few year back and nothing came out. I suspect some blood clotting or something as it tends to get better with massage
