What Causes Stinging Pain And Redness Under The Foreskin After Masturbation?

Recently when I masterbated for a few days straight yesterday I noticed this stinging pain after masterbating and it was slightly red under my foreskin but it went away after a day. Now a day later I noticed what seems to look like a blister on the outside of the foreskin where it stung the other day but I am unsure since I have never had one before. I have attached an image, but I have never had sex before so I don't think it would be a sexually transmitted disease like herpes? It doesn't hurt or anything when I touch it, but it is does standout against the rest of my skin. What exactly should I do should I wait to see if it heals, go see a doctor and should I use any creams?
Kind Regards,
XXXX
Doesn't appear to be anything serious, might have resulted due to friction
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and pictures.
Based on this pictures and the provided information I dont think it is anything serious. It might have resulted due to friction which might have caused by repeated masturbation.
I would suggest you not to masturbate for few days. Give it some time to heal. I would suggest you not to touch it. You can wash it with cool water and with mild soap like dermadew or dove. Tap it dry and can apply calamine lotion with alovera, it will hasten the healing. I would suggest you to use some lubricants like k y jelly while masturbation. Apart from that I would suggest you to observe it and you should see doctor for examination of it increases in size or hurts.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
