Question: Picture for the question i recently posted. Posting this picture as a possoble aid, to identify something that i might not be seeing (if the right toe is larger, too red, etc.). I should also mention that ive started to notice a very slight, slight sting sensatio now through the other toes (specifically the 3rd and 4th toes).

Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXXX
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concern

I do not see the redness and swelling in the both toe.
No any difference between toes.
Sting sensation could be a nerve compression or low level of vitamin B12/vitamin D.
Tapping behind the medial malleolus cause increase the tingling sensation suggest nerve compression.
I would suggest clinical examination from orthopedics and MRI scan of foot to rule out nerve compression, blood test for vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium and glucose.
Meanwhile for symptomatic relief you can start taking vitamin B complex supplements and Vitamin D supplements.

Hope I have answered your question
If you have further question then I will be happy to answer your question
Best regards
