Brief Answer:
Blood calcium and magnesium check, Vitamin B complex supplementation, CBC

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I suggest screening for electrolyte abnormalities. First check for your blood Calcium and Magnesium levels. Such feelings could be seen when these (any) and in sub optimal amounts i n the body.

Elsewhere, supplementation in Vitamin B complex could be helpful.

Testing for blood Calcium and Magnesium and doing a complete blood count (exclude thrombocytosis) should be initial starting points in my opinion.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
