Question : I've been progressively getting more and more of these bumps on my penis. I think it's Blantis but I'm starting to worry. When I urinate, there's a little stinging sensation but it doesn't hurt. They do not itch.

Thanks for posting your query.
It is not ordinary balanitis. You are having multiple tiny ulcers than bumps.
Are you married? If not sexually active?
How long you are having this problem? Are they painful? Are they coming and going? Have you applied anything? or Change your life style like with washing the genitals/ using condoms etc.
It looks like Herpes simplex lesions. Second possibility is excoriations due to some irritants. Peeling of glans penis indicates it recovers form an irritant balanitis.

Im sexually active with my girlfriend of two years. We are both monogamous. This problem started a few days ago with only a few ulcers but there are many more now. They are not painful. Everyday i wake up with more. I bought terrasil and have been applying it for about two days now. I also bought candida complex and having been taking two of those a day for two days so far as well.
I have not started using condoms nor washing differently

Your problem doesn't look like yeast or candidiasis.
A rare possibility is Bechet's disease. Consult a Dermatologist and he/she will examine you thoroughly and come to a a diagnosis.
