Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this sensation that you have reported when you change positions. This sensation is not typical of any disease process and to me it may be more of an incidental occurrence that a real disease condition that needs to be investigated further. At this time, I opt against aggressive medical evaluation and recommend observation. Also, try to transition from one position to another gently and let's see how this goes. If the symptoms persist or do become worse, then I will consider further examination and investigations such as Xray and probably a resting EKG to make sure the heart is functioning normal.

IN all, more of a transient and incidental observation with high chances of spontaneous resolution. I recommend monitoring only for now.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
