Question : My left knee stings...I had knee replacement surgery about 7 years ago. Why is it stinging now in that knee area...where scar is.

DO NOT IGNORE INFECTION IN POST TKR .
You may need to investigate like CRP ,CBC,ESR
PCR culture is very useful to find culprit organism.
Another possibility of loosening or metallosis, x ray will help in diagnosis.
