please i am on progynova tablet 4mg daily , today is the 3rd day and I always feel stomach upset.

please is this normal ?

Hello,
Stomach ache and nausea are common side effects of Progynova. If it is severe you may need to stop the medication.
If it is not severe then your body may get used to it and the sensations will go away after a few weeks.
