Brief Answer:
Diagnosis depends on the site of the pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The diagnosis depends on the site of the pain.
If it is in right lower side of the abdomen, it could be appendicitis. In severe Acute appendicitis, patients will have severe pain with nausea or vomiting.
If it is in the upper abdomen in the centre, it could be gastritis.
Please consult your Surgeon and get an Ultrasound abdomen first.
Pain related to menstruation can occur in the abdomen as well.
Hence, proper clinical examination by a Surgeon is a must for exact diagnosis along with an ultrasound of the abdomen.

Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
