Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of being ion Mirtazeapine and Sertaline, Antibiotics for chest infection. You have additional problem of bloating, stomach seems to be getting bigger and sore on pressure and aching pain in lower hips. Had a hysterectomy a few years ago.

I would like to know few more details for me to assist you more:
- Since when have you got these problems of bloating?
- Any nausea/Vomiting?
- Any change in bowel habits or color, consistency and smell of stool?
- Any other related or unrelated symptoms that you have?
-Do you mean to say that there is aching pain in the lower hips meaning the buttock are, say towards the thighs or so?

I would advise you the following:
- Continue the treatment for your chest infection as this is the priority at the moment.
- Investigations of the blood and urine.
- Stool tests for three consecutive days
- Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
- Addition of probiotics, multivitamins and activated charcoal tablets. These do help in some cases.
- Some antibiotics help for the respiratory as well as GI system and addition of Metronidazole for 5 days.
Many a times a proper 5-day course can help to get rid of sub-clinical intestinal infection and get cured the problem of bloating and so.
- Avoidance of all the foods and beverages that you know cause gases in your case.
- Control of stress and anxiety if you have- these cause aerophagia and cause bloating.
- Aching pain in the lower hips if due to myalgia or so can get alright over time or you may please can have anti-inflammatory medicines with painkiller effects like Ibuprofen (if it suits you).
Get examined by your Doctor and investigated if required for this sort of a pain.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
