Question : stomach cramps for 36 hours, feeling of fullness, bloating, loss of appetite, eructation and flatulence, no diarrhea, fever

Did yu have similar complaints in the past?
Do you have ulcer in the stomach, high BP or diabetes?

A H pylori infection of the stomach is likely. I suggest you to be on bland easy digestible and liquid diet for next 48 hours. You can continue with Peptobismol and take PRILOSEC OTC one tablet twice a day before meal. If this does not relieve you should see a local practitioner for treatment against Hpylori infection.
