Question: is it possible that when a man finishes in a woman. the woman has cramps as if starting her period a 2 days later for approx a day or 2.

we had sex at the begining of my predicted fertile window. (using app: ovia)

Thanks for the query to HCM,
It is not seen that ejaculate can initiate uterine contractions after 2 days , but yes can initiate contractions to allow orgasm under prostaglandin release in ejaculate during the act of sex. After 2 days if you are getting the lower abdominal cramps with nausea and mild dizziness then it is probably mittelschmertz indicating your ovulation time. This may be involved with mild spotting with 2 days called ovulation bleed and is normal to experience and not related to ejaculate or fertilisation as such.
