What Causes Stomach Cramps, Profuse Sweating And Blood Diarrhea?

I get a sudden stomach cramping and sweating profusely, and in a lot of pain.
then i have a bowel movement ,vomiting once only. the smell is awful! then i sit in the shower exhausted ,i fall asleep to wake up to Bloody Diarrhea
this happens to me i feel after i have eaten to much sugar or eaten out or and a barbecue.the cramping is extremely painful before i have a bowl movement. usually i don't vomit this time i did once. this has happened to me about 4 times in my life.
i did get hospitalized once where the thought i had c-deph not sure on spelling.the gastrologist said it was a fluke of colitis.

At this point it's very important to get a CT scan of the abdomen and a stool test for culture and sensitivity.
Further management if any is largely based on test results.
Certain foods can exacerbate symptoms of these bowel disorders and hence it's very important to avoid them at all costs.
Get these tests and update with test results.
