Brief Answer:
Drink much water!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed your symptoms fully and they are suggestive of a possible food poisoning. With several watery stools, am afraid you have not been drinking enough and that is the main cause of your decreased urination. At this time, I will recommend that you drink much fluids and monitor your urination. Also, control your blood sugar and report the values to me. Ww will make further adjustments if we gather more evidence from monitoring and blood sugar control which suggests so.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Drink much water and monitor only for now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This blood sugar value is normal. I will only recommend enough fluid intake and monitoring for now. There is no immediate red flag that needs urgent attention.

I wish you well and keep me posted.
