Question : I get a funny feeling in my stomach while standing? I sweat a little and feel like im going to faint. I have also been told that I have Graves Disease.

The symptoms you are reporting can occur in Graves disease. May I know the lab results for the following tests that are relevant in Graves disease:
CBC
CMP
TSH
Free T4
Total T3

Do you have bulging eyes, as can happen in Graves disease, and have you had a test called Radio active Iodine uptake and scan?
