Brief Answer:
Graves

Detailed Answer:
The symptoms you are reporting can occur in Graves disease. May I know the lab results for the following tests that are relevant in Graves disease:
CBC
CMP
TSH
Free T4
Total T3

Do you have bulging eyes, as can happen in Graves disease, and have you had a test called Radio active Iodine uptake and scan?

Controlling this condition should improve your symptoms. There are 3 ways to do so: medication, radioactive iodine treatment and surgery. Choosing one option is based on the patient-provider discussion of individual circumstances and preferences
