Question : My husband has been having terrible stomach problems often throwing up and constant heart burn could this be ulcers. Worse after meals and when trying to sleep.

What your husband is experiencing may be related to GERD (acid reflux) or other gastrointestinal problems including gastric ulcer.

If he was my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
