What Causes Stomach Discomfort While On Remicade?

Question : I am taking Remicade (sp) and I have started having stomach trouble. I have never had this type problem before. It started with me feeling to full enven though I had not eaten and it was some what painful. Then the next day I was vomiting. Still have the fullness with the discomfort. I am not hungry but eat a small amt at meal time. The right side is where the most discomfort is. I need to know what it could be if associated with the meds, If I should be alarmed and call my doctor. And what should I watch for next if it it the meds.

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that it doesnt seem related to remicade . Sine its causing fullness , it may be due to acidity due to drugs . You can take a pantaprazole and domperidone combination tablet and see how it responds . If it worsens with time then you will need to see your doctor and possibly get a USG abdomen done to see whats going on.

Yes but since you are having vomiting also we will need to add some drug like domperidone also .So i told you for the combination.
