Question : my stomach is full of gas,heart rate is fast ,i am feeling very nervous

Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
See there are two prime possibilities:
1. A heart problem.
2. Hyper acidity.
Now this can be made clear by ECG initially.
Its not like that a person who has gas problem doesn't have a heart issue. Infact many times gastric problems are due to heart issues only.
I advise you not to wait. Simply get an ECG done. If ECG is fine then you can start on A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
Get ECG done, scan it and send it to me.
Till then you can take the above mentioned combination.
